Quetta / Rawalpindi: As a result of firing between terrorists and security forces in Zhob area of ​​Balochistan, a major of Pakistan Army was martyred while three terrorists were also killed.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Zhob Sambaza area of ​​Balochistan during which there was a fierce exchange of fire with the terrorists.

In the exchange of fire, Major Babar Khan of Pakistan Army, who was 33 years old and belonged to Mianwali, was martyred.

Three terrorists were also killed in the exchange of fire, and arms, ammunition and explosives were recovered from their possession.

According to ISPR, an operation is underway to eliminate other terrorists in the area. The spokesperson of the Pakistan Army says that the security forces are determined to thwart attempts to sabotage the peace, stability and development of Balochistan.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has paid tribute to the brave soldiers of Pakistan Army for the successful operation against terrorists in Zhob district of Balochistan. He said in his statement that the soldiers of the Pakistan Army showed exemplary courage and bravery and brought the terrorists to hell in their hideout. The entire nation, including me, is proud of its brave men.

Shahbaz Sharif also paid tribute to Major Babar Khan, who showed courage and bravery during the operation, and prayed for patience for Jameel and his family.

The Prime Minister said that the officers and men of the Pakistan Army have made eternal sacrifices for national security and to eliminate the monster of terrorism from the country, the war will continue until its elimination from the country.
